Passengers must arrive 15 minutes prior to flight for a safety briefing.

Passengers must sign a waiver after safety briefing.

All passengers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

All passengers aged 15 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult on their flight.

All passengers must provide their current weight. Only the flight crew will have access to passenger weights, and all information will be kept confidential.

If you cancel your flight more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund the full amount minus a $25 cancellation charge.

If you cancel your flight within 48 hours of your scheduled flying time, we will refund the full amount minus a $100 cancellation charge.

All gift certificate sales are final.
