  • How do I book a tour?

    Most of our tours are bookable via a “book now” button. If you would like a private charter or a helicopter ride for a special occasion, please get in touch here.

  • When should I arrive for my flight?

    Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to conduct the safety briefing.

  • Where are you located?

    Our state-of-the-art facility is located within the Scottsdale Airpark at 7305 E. Greenway Rd.

  • Is there a weight limit?

    Each passenger and their gear must weigh less than 300 pounds. Combined weight of 2 passengers cannot exceed 550 pounds, combined weight of 4 passengers cannot exceed 800 pounds.

  • Is there an age limit?

    We want everyone to experience the joy of flying! Because of this, there is no age limit. However, passengers aged 15 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult on their flight. Lap children under the age of two can fly at no extra cost.Description goes here

  • What should I wear?

    We suggest comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes, and sunglasses for daytime tours. And don’t forget your camera!

  • Can I bring my camera?

    Certainly! We encourage you to take as many photos as you would like. But please leave the video camera at home, as we do not allow recording.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    All passengers must sign a waiver after the safety briefing. Passengers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Can I change my reservation?

    Sudden change of plans? Notify us more than 24 hours in advance, and we will happily rebook your flight for a later available date or time at no extra cost.

  • What happens it the flight is delayed and/or cancelled?

    Due to Arizona’s mild climate, cancellations are typically not an issue. Inclement weather may cause a slight delay. In the case of a delay, you may either re-book the flight for a later date or wait until the pilot clears you for flying.

    However, if we need to cancel a tour for any reason, we will contact you and offer you the option to reschedule. If rescheduling is not a possibility (due to travel plans, for instance), we will refund the full amount.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    If you choose to cancel your flight more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund the full amount minus a $25 cancellation charge. Please note that if you cancel your flight within 48 hours of your scheduled flying time, this charge increases to $100. All gift certificate sales are final.
