Rackensack Helicopter Adventure and Jeep Tour

More Than a Flight, A Journey Through Time

Lift off from Scottsdale and fly 40 minutes north into the wild heart of the Tonto National Forest, soaring over Bartlett Lake, the Verde River, and Horseshoe Reservoir as dramatic desert cliffs rise around you. Your pilot leads an exclusive aerial exploration of remote Hohokam Indian ruins dating back to 1400 AD, circling these rarely seen sites while sharing the history of Arizona’s earliest inhabitants. An experience few ever get from this vantage point!

After landing on a mountaintop helipad, trade the helicopter for an off-road vehicle and begin a 90 minute ground adventure. Explore the historic Fort Worth Gold Mine, where Old West stories and gold-mining methods bring Arizona’s rugged past to life. Continue to the Four Peaks overlook for sweeping views before stopping at an off-grid mountaintop studio and gift shop. Enjoy complimentary refreshments, take in the jaw dropping scenery or try steer head roping and horseshoes before a scenic 15-minute flight back to Scottsdale.

Designed for adventurous and curious groups, this one of a kind experience blends flight, off-road exploration and living history into an unforgettable Arizona adventure.
